Chatrium Grand Bangkok

This hotel is one of the best. It is very well located with easy access to most malls and the Paragon Centre, We had a Club Room on Floor 25 and it was extremely well appointed and comfortable. The staff in this hotel were extremely friendly, courteous and beautifully attired. They were all extremely helpful, The facilities provided by the Club package were excellent and the breakfast and evening canapes were first class. The staff in the Chatrium Club on the 32nd floor made you feel welcome the moment you walked in and then provided first class service. Special thanks to Thida who surpassed all our service expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to all who want a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in a somewhat luxurious environment.

Response is fast when they gave me the wrong breakfast order, fixed quickly with a fresh bread basket, customer service is excellent, 5 star for that. Staff at concierge, good, helpful and knowledgeable location is central and near all the key malls

This property has two towers, tied together by a very nice pool with casual dining. The main floor dining offered a nice breakfast buffet and the one night we stayed on property for dinner, the same restaurant had a very good international buffet.

The location is great. The hotel staff were very helpful. We booked the family room, it was supposed to be enough for 4, but I think 3 are okay, if more the room will be crowded. I loved the bathroom it was spacious. The hotel is really recommended. You can use your card only for your floor which is good safety options

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. The gym is great for a hotel, the buffet and restaurants are INSANE, the pool is great fun and the staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I didn't want to leave. Every little detail made it all the more special, with parting treats, your towel laid out for you at the pool or little protein balls and fresh fruit at their fitness centre. I can't wait to go back again.
